Our massage appointments are available in 30, 45, or 60 minutes. For your first visit, we recommend booking 45 or 60 minutes so your therapist has enough time to assess your needs and focus on your target areas.

Our service charges are listed on the booking portal for your convenience and vary depending on if the session is an initial or a follow-up session. If you have extended health care coverage, please make sure to check your coverage policies with your insurance provider prior to making your appointment, or please give us a call and we will do our best to help you!
