How long does each session last?

For chiropody, the initial assessment will depend on your specific condition, but typically ranges between 30-45 minutes and follow up sessions around 20-30 minutes.

Can Rehab8 make custom orthotics?

Yes, Rehab8 is able to provide custom orthotics! Depending on your specific foot needs, our Chiropodist will conduct a detailed biomechanics assessment to provide you with the best recommendations that fit your lifestyle. As each orthotic is custom made, please reach out for any specific questions.

I have a prescription for compression stockings. Can I get fit at Rehab8?

Yes, we carry a variety of compression stockings for your specific needs. Along with a Doctors prescription, we are able to fit and dispense them to you directly.

How much will each session cost?

Chiropody service charges are listed on the booking portal for your convenience and vary depending on if the session is an initial or a follow-up session. However for some services such as custom-made orthotics, custom compression stockings, and orthopaedic shoes, the cost will vary depending on your needs. If you have extended health care coverage, please make sure to check your coverage policies with your insurance provider prior to making your appointment, or please give us a call and we will do our best to help you!

What is your reschedule and/or cancellation policy?

Please provide us with at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your session. For "No-Shows" or late cancellations, the session will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

What if I arrive late to the appointment?

Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time for a shortened session. However, arrivals over 15minutes later than your scheduled appointment time will be considered a "No-Show". The session will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Do you direct bill insurance?

Yes, although we can direct bill to most major Extended Health Care insurance providers, certain Chiropody services (e.g. custom-made orthotics, compression stockings, etc) may be unable to be billed directly depending on your insurance company and policy limitations. Please contact us for more details and we would be happy to assist you.
