How long does each session last?

The initial assessment for Physiotherapy will last 60 minutes with follow-up sessions ranging from 30-60 minutes depending on your treatment plan. For chiropody, the initial assessment will depend on your specific condition, but typically ranges between 30-45 minutes and follow up sessions around 20-30 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends. Our therapists can provide you with a more accurate timeline depending on your concerns and movement goals. However, for minor concerns you may feel better within 4-6 sessions, however more chronic injuries or issues may take longer to see significant results. Your therapist will work together with you during the initial session to create a program that is realistic and targeted for your goals.

Can I get Physiotherapy even if I'm not in pain or injured?

Yes! Physiotherapy is not only rehabilitative and restorative, but also a great tool to be proactive about your body, correct your mechanics, and prevent injuries before they happen. Whether you lead an active lifestyle or just want to feel and move better in your everyday tasks, we can help address your underlying movement patterns, improve muscular imbalances, and help you make actionable changes before they become a major problem. What should I wear to my first session?

We would encourage you to wear comfortable clothing or athletic wear to allow for a proper assessment. We also have clean shirts and shorts at the clinic for you to change into if needed.

How much will each session cost?

Our service charges are listed on the booking portal for your convenience and vary depending on if the session is an initial or a follow-up session. If you have extended health care coverage, please make sure to check your coverage policies with your insurance provider prior to making your appointment, or please give us a call and we will do our best to help you!

What is your reschedule and/or cancellation policy?

Please provide us with at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your session. For "No-Shows" or late cancellations, the session will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time for a shortened session. However, arrivals over 15minutes later than your scheduled appointment time will be considered a "No-Show". The session will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Do you direct bill insurance?

Yes, we can direct bill to most major Extended Health Care insurance providers and our administrative staff are experienced with insurance claims. If you're unsure about your insurance or coverage, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
